In the food business for almost 35 years and still very passionate, Denis Girard has managed to keep his relentless drive from his early years. Having worked in all areas of the kitchen, the experience he has gained over the years is infinite.
Leading the kitchen staff at the Casino du Lac-Leamy and at the Hilton for the past 11 years and being surrounded by a wonderful team of passionate people, rigour, attention to detail and customer satisfaction are his preferred key ingredients for success
He was honoured at the Metro-Richelieu Gala in 2009 for his achievements. He has maintained the prestigious Five Dimaond rating for Le Baccara restaurant since his arrival at the Casino and the Four Dimaond rating for the Arôme restaurant at the Hilton, proving his passion is still very much alive.
